Regeneration is usually initiated after a measured volume of water, this is automatically calculated when the exchange capacity and the feed water hardness are programmed.

Depending on the set mode, the controller recognises 1 or 7 switch steps, which are indicated as follows: "Monitoring", "Pre Flush", "Regeneration start", "Regeneration wait" , "Regeneration", "Flush" en "Flush alarm". Two modes are available inside the controller. From this, a choice can be made as to which programme should be launched by the controller.
